Moe Demby, Blogfinger photographer, drove into” the city” with a friend to “see the tree.” He timed it as best he could in order to avoid the traffic and the demonstrators, and also parking right outside the Lincoln Tunnel. After visiting Rockefeller Center and having dinner, they managed to escape right before the crowd closed the entrance to the tunnel.
