The answer is “no.” And “dogs must be on leashes at all times.” (of course that means outdoors) May 1 to Oct. 1. Blogfinger photo. April 23, 2014
Maybe we need more rules. What about camels at Christmas? Is a tricyle a bicycle? Will we ban transfats on our beach? And is it OK to sing the Fisch Schlapping song on the boardwalk if we have a microphone? Also, what about those screeching cats around town like “Fish” in my neighborhood who terrorizes my pond fish?

Talk about silly rules…I had occasion to look up points awarded to NJ driver licenses for moving violation yesterday. DID U KNOW …that our illustrious lawmakers actually have taken the time (and spent our tax dollars) to make a specifically numbered violation for: “Improperly passing a frozen dessert truck”? Now..that is not a regular dessert truck or a fire truck, ain’t no Mini. Don’t do it!!! it will cost you 4 points. I had to read the infraction 4 times to actually understand that THAT is a statute. Go figure.
Funny comments finger. There is a song by a band named Tesla- called “Signs,” it would go great with this commentary.
So I guess “tricycles” are allowed.😊
