The New Black Eagle Jazz Band from the Big Easy
I love Christmas music, but we really get swamped by it around the end of December. Yet it can sound fresh and delightful if we play it other times of the year. In the tent community, they have “Christmas in July” where they get a taste of it all just when no one is expecting it.
So here is the New Black Eagle Jazz Band from New Orleans. They have been together since 1971. It’s Jingle Bell Rock. —PG
