Phil Capozzi sent us this photo from Allenhurst, New Jersey, just about 10 minutes north of us, across Deal Lake.
He said, “I don’t know if you got over to see this event at Allenhurst. It was surreal given the juxtaposition between the particular community and the great old hot rods and vintage motorcycles getting ready to race on the beach yesterday.
“Of course these guys are motor heads not fishermen so no one read the tide charts, oh well it was still a very cool event.”
