Steven Froias, formerly of OceanGroveRecord.com and also the triCityNews, has a new website dedicated to off-beat news, the arts and much more throughout Monmouth County.
Steve was a pioneer in starting an internet news website about Ocean Grove (OceanGroveRecord.com). Paul Goldfinger was a photographer and writer during the four years that Steve published that weekly. We might say that Steve is a forefather of Blogfinger. Or maybe we should say that he is a forefinger.
Steve’s new web project is called www.AsburyPulp.com, with a wink and a nod toward the legendary pulp magazines of the 20th century.
In fact, he wants to post short fiction pieces to the site and welcomes submissions – as well as any news you want to send him. E-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org. Check out his site, and perhaps you writers out there in the Grove will be inspired to send him some pulp fiction.
Break a leg, Steve. (Can we say that about a website? Oh my goodness—never mind Steve; don’t break a leg; just congratulations!)
