Neighborhood Watch Update

July 14, 2012 by Blogfinger

Our Ocean Grove Neighborhood Watch reports the following:

  • Over the past several days three different unattended bags were stolen from the beach during the day.
  • We’ve had three more bicycle thefts, one in the area of 110 Cookman Avenue, one in the area of 20 Pilgrim Pathway and one in the 130 Main Avenue block. Two of these three bikes had been left unlocked and unattended.
  • An unattended pocketbook was stolen from a store on Main Avenue.
  • Someone tried but failed  to gain access to a house in the area of 10 Olin Street.

Our Neighborhood Watch liaison, Office Michael Adam, reminds everyone not to leave valuables unattended on the beach. And, as always, report any suspicious activity to the Neptune Police.
